Olga De Judicibus si ritrova coinvolta nel 1933 in una causa legale con relativo pignoramento e vendita all'asta di un lotto di terra e tutto ciò che su di esso è esificato.

SUPREME COURT, KINGS COUNTY. —
The Chase National Bank of the City of New York, as Successor by merger with the Mechanics and Metals National Bank of the City of New York and Louis Hahlo, as Surviving Executors and Trustees under the Will of William Hartfield, deceased. Plaintiffs, against Olga de Judicibus, et al., Defendants.
In pursuance of a judgment of foreclosure and sale duly made and entered in the above entitled action and bearing date the 12th day of May, 1933, the undersigned, the Referee in Paid judgment named will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, by RESS & LAMBERT, Auctioneers, at the Brooklyn Rent Estate Exchange Salesroom, 189 Montague Street, Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings, City of New York, on the 19th day of December, at twelve o'clock noon, the premises directed by said judgment to be sold and therein described as follows:
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Borough of Brooklyn, County of Kings, City and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Ocean Parkway distant one hundred seventeen feet northerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Ocean Parkway with the northerly side of Avenue "M"; running thence westerly parallel with Avenue "M" one hundred fifty feet; thence northerly parallel with Ocean Parkway forty feet, eleven and one-eighth inches; thence easterly parallel with Avenue "M" one hundred fifty feet to the westerly side of ocean Parkway and thence southerly along the westerly side of Ocean Parkway, forty feet eleven and one-eighth inches to the point or place of beginning.
